CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of reservations must be in writing or by telefax and must be received by the reservations department fifteen (15) days before the arrival date.
All cancellation sent must be reconfirmed by Le Duc de Praslin otherwise cancellation not acknowledged by the hotel will be charged as follows:
15 to 7 days: 50 % on BB basis. Less than seven (7) days and ‘NO SHOW' : 100% on BB basis.
